Well in Taiwan they do!
First we have Yummy, a toilet themed restaurant where you can eat a desert called “bloody poop” (strawberry sundae) and other disgustingly named foods.
Then we have Modern Toilet is a restaurant in Taipei, Taiwan with a modern decor and a full-on toilet theme. All 100 seats in the crowded diner are made from toilet bowls, not chairs. . Sink faucets and gender-coded "WC" signs appear throughout the three-storey facility, one of 12 in an island-wide chain of eateries. Would you like to taste the ice-cream shaped like feces?
Probably not the best place to bring a child in potty training...
And last but not least we have The Marton Restaurant in Taiwan.
"Diners come and walk away with the special experience," owner Eric Wang said. "Many try to create more fun, stirring up curry and rice so it looks exactly like when you forget to flush the toilet. Then they gulp it down."
It gets better: the restaurant has been such a shitacular success that they’ve just opened a second one, and they might even go into franchising!
I guess Taiwanese dining has really gone down the toilet!
